I started Naturally Warm in 1999.  The previous 7 years, I had been living and working in various countries India, China, Indonesia, Romania, Brazil, Czech Republic and others. 

I was enlightened by the inginuity and skills of  the local people, industry and governments who had taken action to address environmental and economic challenges to provide warmth, clean water and electricity by utilizing alternative solutions.  Solar water heating for bathing and cleaning, wind turbines and P.V.'s to generate electricity, natural occurring material to insulate homes and micro-generation of electricity to run pumps or lights using old oil barrels cut into vertical vanes and mounted on a car generator!  (This example was in a fishing village in Portugal.)

Naturally Warm is our idea, our contribution to offer unique and varied products, service and knowledge to those wishing to be informed and understand the choices they have in maintaining their current lifestyle and yet reduce the footprint we leave our children in pollution and material waste.
